Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Client Advisor in the Los Angeles area to analyze automotive data and deliver actionable insights for OEM partners. You’ll act as the strategic liaison between clients and Mobility Global, handling special projects and ad hoc requests.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, client training, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize adoption and value of our data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Marketing.
• Five to ten years automotive industry analysis experience in marketing, sales, analytics or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Customer service mindset with focus on exceeding expectations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data and tell data-driven stories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client point-person for Mobility Global data solutions and insights.
• Conduct automotive analysis and ad-hoc investigations for client objectives.
• Understand client questions to offer data-driven solutions.
• Develop business implications from Mobility Global and client data.
• Collaborate with account teams, production, and product development on reports.
• Communicate client needs and timelines to project teams.
• Train clients to use Mobility Global data solutions and increase usage.
• Capture Voice of Customer feedback for product improvements.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of available products and applications.
