Job summary

IP House is seeking a Legal Privacy Analyst to be the first point of contact for incoming privacy and data protection requests. You will triage inquiries, apply macros, provide self-service guidance, and escalate complex matters to the right teams.

You will guide users through self-service solutions for account deletion, data downloads, email changes, privacy settings, and 2FA issues, while maintaining confidentiality and security. Remote work from the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in legal compliance, law enforcement support, privacy operations or similar role.
• Strong understanding of user privacy, data, legal terminology and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data extraction and management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to privacy requests using macro system to address data access, opt-out, and policy questions
• Guide users through self-service solutions for account deletion, data downloads, and privacy settings
• Process account deletion confirmations and route tickets to daily queues
• Identify regulator requests and escalate to the DPO team
• Route specialized requests to teams including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Copyright, and Legal
• Apply closure protocols for spam or resolved issues and maintain confidentiality
