Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Project Manager to drive complex development and manufacturing campaigns in Fargo, ND. You will coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure accountability across departments to meet delivery deadlines for Aldevron clients.

The role reports to Manager, Project Management and is an on-site position in Fargo. Travel up to 10%+, and a focus on maintaining project documentation, communicating with clients, and pursuing process improvements.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. required, life sciences degree highly preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing client-facing projects.
• Experience in regulated biotech or pharmaceutical CDMO fields preferred.
• Understanding of GMP product manufacturing from initiation through release preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to drive on-time delivery.
• Coordinate client communications and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, proposals, and documentation.
• Communicate project updates and scope changes while maintaining confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities for training and process improvements.
