Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a collaborative Operations Specialist to join our team for a temporary assignment. You will work with the Account Team on client merchandising projects, controlling timelines and program objectives in a client-facing role.

Ideal candidates will have a foundation in business, strong Excel skills, and experience with client interaction. This role involves travel locally and nationally as needed, with a W2 employment setup and expense guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year college degree in a relevant business discipline preferred.
• Some account management or relevant business operations experience with direct client interaction.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for the execution of client project objectives.
• Support achievement of KPIs by setting and managing timelines with the client.
• Meet with client reps to develop project timelines and executable processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• If timelines are not met, adjust strategy and tactics to meet revised timelines.
• Communicate program goals and provide written updates and oversight in management systems.
• Structure and execute project-specific quality assurance analyses.
