Responsibilities

• Lead contact and decision-making authority for the execution of client project objectives.
• Support the achievement of key performance indicators for given projects by setting and managing all timelines with the client.
• Meet and interface directly with client reps to develop project timelines and ensure an executable process is in place to meet deadlines.
• Make strategic and corresponding tactical changes required to achieve program timelines.
• Communicate program goals and provide strategic communication and project oversight for all details within ActionLink management systems.
• Structure and execute project-specific quality assurance analysis.
• Assist with fulfillment orders and administration when needed.
• Report program performance results and initiate continuous improvements.
• Adhere to the guidelines of ActionLink's Travel and Expense Policies.

ActionLink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive the successful execution of high-impact retail merchandising programs for some of the world's leading brands. Collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you'll lead operational strategy, strengthen key partnerships, and deliver exceptional results through innovative retail displays and merchandising solutions.

Schedule and What We Offer

• Full-Time; 40 hours per week - Monday through Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• $55,000 annual salary
