Job summary

Fluor is seeking a Maintenance and Operations Support professional to coordinate maintenance and small to medium projects within Operations & Maintenance. The role supervises entry-level personnel and/or supervisors and focuses on effective client relations and risk monitoring.

The ideal candidate has an accredited four-year degree and at least four years of related experience, with strong communication and technical knowledge to ensure contract adherence and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with 4 years of work-related experience (or 8 years if non-degreed).
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal regulations.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work habits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and operations support activities for small to medium maintenance contracts or less complex sites/projects.
• Supervise maintenance entry level personnel and/or maintenance supervisors.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and feedback on performance.
• Monitor risk and identify significant business risk for Fluor.
• Identify future client requirements and propose project plans for on-site opportunities.
• Prepare scopes of work for bid packages, review bids and advise on awards.
