Job summary

Citi is seeking a Corporate Correspondent Account Executive support professional to cover the Pacific Northwest region. This remote role requires aligning with the Account Executive, handling client onboarding, renewals, and day-to-day lender portal support while coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in correspondent lending originations, strong written and verbal communication, and a track record of building solid client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years correspondent lending originations experience (sales support and operations).
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and strengthen relationships with internal partners and external clients.
• Experience with Salesforce.com desired; proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Account Executive on prospecting, client orientations, renewals, and administrative tasks.
• Identify and address client quality trends with CPE analyst and provide feedback.
• Serve as point of contact for all client escalations including portal access, billing, and disputes.
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal partners; facilitate monthly business/quality review calls.
• Assist AE in obtaining incremental volume and prospect new clients in the territory.
• Provide a superior client experience from onboarding to post-purchase servicing.
• Set up and maintain Correspondent Lending Portal admin users and lender contact info in Salesforce.
