Job summary

IPFS Corporation seeks an entry‑level Account Executive Support Specialist to assist regional Account Executives and Sales Executives. You will help deliver premium finance quotes, manage quote follow‑ups, and onboard new relationships while coordinating with regional leadership.

You will develop strong customer service skills, gain exposure to credit analysis, and contribute to sales growth across our North American operations. Training and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer focus.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities to support quotes and credit review.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives in achieving regional KPIs such as premium volume and profitability.
• Proactively manage quote follow‑ups and onboarding of new relationships.
• Coordinate with AEs, SEs and regional leadership to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare premium finance quotations and assist with credit analyses as needed.
• Document prospect activities in Salesforce and maintain pipeline visibility.
