Job summary

Citigroup Inc. seeks a Correspondent Account Executive support professional to coordinate with the Account Executive, manage client orientations, renewals and related administrative tasks. The role requires aligning with Pacific Time business hours to provide effective client support.

Responsibilities include improving lender performance, handling client escalations, maintaining Salesforce lender data, and coordinating monthly reviews with clients and internal partners.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years correspondent lending originations experience (sales support and operations).
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and strengthen relationships with internal partners and external clients.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce.com desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Account Executive on completion of tasks including prospecting for new clients, client orientations, renewals and administrative tasks.
• Works with CPE analyst to identify and address client quality trends and provide feedback for loan manufacturing quality.
• Serves as point of contact for client escalations, including loan-level issues, portal support, billing questions and follow-ups.
• Maintains proactive communication with clients and internal partners, including monthly business review calls.
• Assists AE in obtaining incremental volume and prospecting for new clients within the territory.
• Provides a superior client experience from onboarding to servicing inquiries and post-purchase resolution.
