Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 10+ years delivering complex, embedded hardware/software systems.
• Strong ability to own client relationships and manage multi-year programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and guiding technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact with clients.
• Own requirements baseline end-to-end across hardware, software, and back-end systems.
• Lead tradeoff discussions and manage scope as programs evolve.
• Oversee integration, verification, and field handoff of complex systems.
• Define interfaces between roadside hardware and software layers.
