Job summary

E-Logic Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Milwaukee Transport Services by leading an IT staffing services contract. The PM will serve as the key contact between E-Logic and the client, ensuring staffing requirements are met and contract terms are followed.

The ideal candidate has PM experience in staffing or IT services, coordinates cross-functional teams, and maintains strong client relationships while delivering projects on schedule and within contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of PM experience supporting staffing or IT services contracts.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between E-Logic and Milwaukee Transport Services.
• Oversee day-to-day contract performance and compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate recruiting activities and deliver IT staffing requests.
• Monitor project schedules, staffing progress and metrics.
• Facilitate communication among recruiters, hiring managers, and client stakeholders.
• Track open requisitions and provide status updates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for timely delivery.
• Ensure candidate submissions meet contract quality standards.
• Coordinate issue resolution and maintain client satisfaction.
• Support process improvements for recruiting operations.
