Job summary

ELEKS Project Management Office is seeking a Project Coordinator in Poland to oversee IT projects from initiation to closure, within budget and timelines. The role involves coordinating feature development, organizing teams, and communicating requirements between clients and project teams.

The candidate should have 1+ year in IT project management, familiarity with ITIL, and strong English, with experience in JIRA Service Management, MS Project, and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT project management experience.
• Experience with support environments and ITIL is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of project life-cycles and IT services.
• Understanding of project profitability, revenue, margins, and resources utilization.
• Experience managing offshore/remote teams.
• Familiarity with JIRA Service Management, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Strong planning, organization and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage operations and feature development from initiation to closure within budget, schedule, and resource limits.
• Organize the team to help restore normal production operations in case of failure, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and status updates.
• Understand and communicate client business needs to project team.
• Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of the project.
• Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plan throughout the project life.
• Forecast, track and manage budgets, ensure timely invoicing.
• Define, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the service operations.
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks.
• Identify project resources necessary and partner with other company managers to acquire resources.
• Build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team. Mentor team members.
