Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing client-facing IT projects in MSP/consulting/professional services.
• End-to-end project ownership with delivery accountability.
• Experience with mid-market and enterprise clients preferred.
• Background in MSP/VAR or similar tech org preferred.
• PMP/CAPM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Smartsheet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing IT projects from kickoff to delivery on time and within scope.
• Serve as primary client contact and guide stakeholders through decisions.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners to drive execution.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Facilitate project governance through status reporting and issue resolution.
• Oversee onboarding and transition to managed services.
• Ensure deliverables meet contracts and quality standards.
• Maintain project data for forecasting and portfolio reporting.
• Champions continuous improvement in PM practices and tools.
