Job summary

Talentify in Clinton, Indiana is seeking an on-site Logistics Storeroom Associate to handle receiving, stocking, issuing and inventory control. • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency: Windows, MS Office, inventory systems.
• Ability to learn part identification and ERP entry.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow site Safety and Security Procedures; perform tasks safely and report hazards.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOPs.
• Unpack stock, verify against packing slip/PO, enter receiving data into ERP.
• Issue materials to client; pull, stage and kit as required.
• Place received material in storage; tagging, repacking and delivery as needed.
• Process returns for unused material per SOP guidelines.
• Prepare material for return to vendor and items for repair per SOPs.
• Perform cycle counts and report stock discrepancies to Manager/Buyer.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by count and location; update barcodes/ relocations.
• Verify on-hand quantities to identify reorder needs.
• Keep storeroom clean and organized and support special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
