Job summary

AssistRx in Orlando is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to collaborate with clients and internal teams—Project Managers, Development, QA, Sales, and Executive Leadership—in a fast-paced environment.

You will gather and translate business requirements into user stories, wireframes, and functional specs; develop client guides; and mentor team members to ensure high-quality software throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS/CS/Business or related discipline
• 7–10 years in software development projects, including client-facing work
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
• Experience with Agile software development
• Pharmacy industry experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage client communications and expectations
• Able to function as subject matter expert to collect complete business requirements from clients
• Coordinate across functional teams
• Collaborate with Product Management to balance product vision and voice of customer
• Develop documentation: business requirements, user stories, wireframes, specs, test plans
• Create user guides for clients and end-users
• Share knowledge and organize training for team members
