Job summary

Arize AI is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with client engineering teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver technical solutions that extend our platform. This client‑facing role blends deep AI expertise with business acumen in a remote‑first setup, with preference for those based in the New York City area.

You will design production‑grade GenAI observability programs, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate across Sales, CS,

Qualifications

2–5 years of hands‑on software development in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
Experience building MLOps pipelines or deploying Generative AI in production.
Familiarity with public clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and scale GenAI observability and evaluation programs with enterprise AI teams.
Lead technical discussions with engineers and executives to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Build integrations, tooling, and workflows extending the Arize platform for client needs.
Manage multiple client engagements from scoping to delivery with strong execution and customer experience.
Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to shape implementation strategy.
Develop and scale best practices, playbooks, and delivery methodologies for the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
