Responsibilities

• Translate business and cybersecurity needs into high-quality technical solutions and deploy them for clients.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within scope.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape technical solutions during pursuits, including demos/POCs.
• Contribute to solution design and ensure alignment between client needs and delivery feasibility.
• Enable client teams through structured knowledge transfer, clear documentation, and runbooks.
