Job summary

IT Solutions, a fast-growing MSP, seeks an Associate Engineer, Professional Services to support the project team and client engagements. You will ensure high-quality service with attention to compliance, and you will help deliver projects across the client base.

The role requires hands-on work with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365, with travel to client sites and onsite work as needed. A related degree and practical certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Engineer or Project Engineer.
• 1 year as Network Administrator installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network/security techs.
• Active Directory experience including DNS, DHCP, NTFS, File/Printer Share, Group Policy.

Responsibilities

• Project utilization of 70% billable hours per week, including dispatch/work for the client.
• Travel onsite to client offices as needed; days spent onsite or remote.
• Provide superior service to customers and clients.
• Work with project team to meet objectives in the statement of work.
• Prepare new equipment documentation, firmware updates, and installation.
• Collect and analyze project data to create status reports.
