Power Home Remodeling in Huntingdon, PA is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relationships post-sale through final installation. You will assess job sites, confirm the project scope, coordinate procurement, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while working closely with customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in construction management, strong communication, and a proactive, professional approach to problem

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction management experience.
• Strong customer-service orientation with professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate site/project scope and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and scope changes.
• Create precise measurements at job sites to avoid unusable materials and costs.
• Confirm that the agreement defines the work plan and negotiates changes with the customer.
• Select and manage procurement of all materials for the job.
• Analyze licensing, permitting, HOA requirements, and coordinate with government agencies.
• Ensure safety and health compliance.
• Complete office tasks and assist in the warehouse as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel between sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
