Power Home Remodeling Group seeks a Production Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relationships post-sale through final installation in Greensburg, PA. You will assess job sites to validate the remodeling agreement and ensure smooth project execution.

The role emphasizes leadership, policy implementation, and proactive problem solving, with a focus on customer service excellence and regulatory compliance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction management experience.
• Professionalism and strong customer service skills are essential.
• Self motivated, disciplined and ambitious with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to promote and manage growth as the department expands.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate all aspects of the site/project to determine work scope and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and scope changes.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to avoid costly material issues.
• Confirm post-inspection work plan and negotiate changes with customers without prior supervisor approval.
• Select and manage procurement of materials and determine specifications.
• Analyze licensing, permitting, HOA requirements and coordinate with authorities to obtain permits.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Complete office tasks and assist in the warehouse as needed to stage products.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive between sites.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
