• Engage customers to identify product needs and refer them to appropriate product specialists.
• Cross-train to understand other areas of the bank and provide exceptional service.
• Balance cash drawer daily and prepare daily settlements of teller cash and proof transactions.
• Explain bank policies and procedures to customers and ensure compliance with BSA/AML guidelines.
