Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience, cash handling, customer service, or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch sales goals by engaging customers in discovery conversations and referring to product specialists.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with friendly, attentive interactions.
• Accurately accept and process teller transactions following bank policies.
• Cash checks and withdrawals within approved limits; seek authorization for higher amounts.
• Prepare daily teller cash settlements and reconcile transactions.
• Explain policies and procedures to customers as appropriate.
• Balance cash drawer with transactions daily; support nightly closing if required.
• May open new accounts after successful FSR training.
• Adhere to bank policies, laws, and BSA/AML program; complete compliance training.
