DK Security is seeking a Background Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling background screenings and account access. This full-time, in-office role requires strong customer service and meticulous data handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will process screening requests, troubleshoot login issues, create new user accounts, and coordinate fingerprinting services while maintaining professional communication with clients and internal teams in Michigan.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage third-party background screening requests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and support.
• Coordinate fingerprinting services and assist clients throughout enrollment.
