TalentPluto, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in San Francisco to build backend systems in a Python-heavy environment and work directly with enterprise clients. You will own projects end-to-end with high autonomy in a fast-moving startup setting.

Required are 1-7 years of software experience, strong Python backend skills, and excellent client communication. Onsite work with a fully in-person team is expected.

• 1-7 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and backend fundamentals.
• Excellent communication; comfortable meeting and working with clients.
• Founding or early-stage startup experience preferred.
