Job summary

Accenture in Redmond, WA seeks a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients, working directly with clients and product teams.

You will integrate LLMs and AI services with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce and other platforms, translating ambiguous business needs into production-grade workflows while ensuring security and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with API integrations
• 2+ years with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Experience with workflow orchestration and agent frameworks
• Experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms)
• 10+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large organizations
• 10+ years in client-facing communication and collaborative delivery
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (12 years work exp)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and copilots into production environments
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders
• Drive solution architecture: prompt design, API integrations, enterprise knowledge integration, security and governance
• Own solutions from concept to production and iteration with accountability for quality and outcomes
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for responsible, secure AI deployment
