Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience (Python, TS/JS, Java) in large-scale systems.
• 2+ years with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and workflows.
• Experience integrating APIs and building distributed production systems.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP).
• 10+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large org.
• 10+ years of client-facing communication and delivery leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (12+ years) work exp.

Responsibilities

• Understand client problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise apps.
• Prototype and deploy AI workflows, agents, and copilots in production.
• Bridge product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders for value.
• Drive architecture: prompts, API integrations, data integration, security.
• Own solutions from concept to production with high reliability.
• Provide leadership and best practices for secure, scalable AI deployment.
