Job summary

JumpOff, based in Sandy Springs, GA, is seeking an Applied AI Associate to build AI solutions for client projects and help shape offerings as technologies evolve. You will work hands-on with data, models, and pipelines, collaborating with strategists and operators across industries.

You will spend substantial time with clients, translating business needs into scoped use cases, deploying end-to-end AI workflows, and ensuring teams can run and scale the solutions on their own.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in roles where rigor and output mattered: consulting, analytics, data science, solutions or forward-deployed engineering, product, or a business you ran
• Hands-on building in Python, SQL and more: getting data out of an API, reshaping it, and producing something a non-technical person can act on
• LLMs used inside a pipeline, building evals and continuous improvement loops
• Discretion: you will see client data and firm-level information

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business problems and turn them into scoped AI use cases
• Design, build, test and deploy AI solutions, including data pipelines, LLM-based workflows and analytical tools
• Analyze and validate client data, and find and resolve data quality issues
• Present work and recommendations to client stakeholders, in person and remotely
• Document what you build and support client teams as they adopt and run it
• Travel to client sites, incl out of town up to about 30% of the time
• Other duties as assigned
