Job summary

Dyania Health is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical face of our Synapsis AI deployment within client health systems. You will own deployments from onboarding to operation, translating client needs into robust data models, integrations, and workflows that run inside hospital firewalls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• +5 years of software engineering experience using Python or similar languages.
• +2 years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores and data mapping.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven or workflow-based architectures.
• Ability to communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies clearly.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, founder-led environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical liaison to the client during deployment from onboarding through operation.
• Define deployment timelines and coordinate releases with reliability teams.
• Lead data mapping, integration work, and ETL pipelines for client environments.
• Analyze data environments and validate data sources for integration.
• Develop and optimize SQL logic, schema design, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Clinical Innovations to implement clinical projects.
• Provide operational support and reporting for production deployments.
