Job summary

Dex is seeking a hands-on, technically fluent leader to deploy AI solutions for large insurance carriers. You’ll own projects from scoping to go-live, build multi-modal agentic AI systems, and communicate complex AI outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a forward-deployed, agent engineering, or founding role.
• Proven ability to build and ship production-grade code in Python, with APIs and cloud proficiency.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI deployments for major insurance carriers, from scoping to go-live.
• Design and evolve multi-modal agentic AI systems with prompt engineering and model integration.
• Serve as primary technical contact for senior client stakeholders and translate AI capabilities into business outcomes.
• Collaborate with client tech teams to integrate AI solutions via APIs and custom environments.
• Identify and develop new features based on client needs and feed insights to the product roadmap.
