Job summary

Point B in Chicago is seeking an Associate, onsite and client-facing, to lead discrete workstreams in process improvement, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives. You will independently perform analysis, facilitate client sessions, and collaborate with business and technical teams to design solutions that improve performance.

You will guide workshops, develop recommendations, and prepare executive-ready deliverables while coordinating with stakeholders and engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years in consulting, business transformation, or related fields.
• On-site work required; travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interviews, workshops, and sessions to capture objectives.
• Analyze processes, operating models, and data to identify improvements.
• Develop future-state designs, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Prepare executive-ready deliverables and presentations.
• Coordinate with client, technical teams, and leadership.
