Barry’s seeks Client Specialists in Charlotte to be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional hospitality and assisting with class bookings, merchandise sales, and studio upkeep.

You will handle Front Desk, Fuel Bar, and Facility Maintenance responsibilities, ensuring a clean, welcoming space while promoting brand experiences. The role values outgoing personalities and reliable teamwork, with weekend availability often needed.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Full‑time employees: Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week with minimal restrictions.
• Part‑time employees: Must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week and minimum of 3‑4 hours per available shift depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: delivering a first-class client experience and assisting with class selections, bookings, and questions.
• Fuel Bar: preparing and serving protein smoothies, handling orders, and maintaining a clean bar area.
• Facility Maintenance: cleaning equipment and spaces, restocking, and ensuring sanitary conditions.
• Customer Service: maintaining client relationships and inviting clients to in‑studio events.
