VCA Capeway Animal Hospital is seeking an energetic Client Service Representative to join our seven‑doctor small animal practice in Fairhaven, MA. The CSR greets clients, checks in patients, answers phones, schedules appointments, and supports the team with compassionate care for pets and their families.

We offer a full‑time schedule of 35–40 hours per week on a 4‑day week, with rotating Saturdays. This role is primarily a closing shift, with early mornings and long days on Mondays, Tuesdays,

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients as they arrive
• Checking patients in and out
• Answering a multi‑line phone system professionally
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Preparing medications as needed
• Liaising between clients and doctors
• Confirming appointments and relaying basic lab results
• Responding to texts and emails from clients
• Handing out treats and showing compassion to our furry patients
