Job summary

Triumph Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Experience Representative to deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and chat for transportation factoring clients in Dallas, TX.

You will address inquiries, resolve disputes, and guide users through Triumph platforms with a focus on accuracy and service quality. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in high-volume customer service, strong communication skills, and a teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• High-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both phone and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of freight, transportation, and/or logistics helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary phone, email, and chat support for inbound queues.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to ensure fast, friendly, frictionless service.
• Identify follow-up needs and resolve issues on first contact when possible.
• Train and support clients on web portals and Triumph processes.
• Assist carriers with onboarding and explain payment options.
