Job summary

Triumph Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Experience Representative in Dallas to deliver excellent service via phone, email and chat for transportation factoring and payment platform clients. The ideal candidate will bring high-volume customer service experience and a client-focused mindset.

You will resolve inquiries on first contact, review accounts, assist with holds and disputes, train clients on web portals, and support onboarding. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High-volume customer service experience.
• 1–2 years in a professional, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of freight, transportation, or logistics preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary phone, email, and chat support for inbound queues.
• Engage with clients to ensure fast, friendly and frictionless interactions.
• Ask questions and listen actively to identify follow-up needs.
• Provide first-contact resolution when troubleshooting inquiries.
• Review client accounts, pending invoices and A/R aging.
• Assist with holds, delays, rejections and disputes and related statuses.
• Train and support clients on web portals and processes per best practices.
• Onboard new clients and explain Triumph services and options.
• Maintain QA scores, schedule adherence and ticket management.
