Job summary

Triumph Financial is seeking a Client Experience Representative to deliver excellent support via phone, email and chat for transportation factoring and payment platform clients. The role emphasizes customer education, retention and teamwork.

Responsibilities include handling inbound queues, resolving issues, onboarding new clients and maintaining service quality in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish a plus; prior A/R or freight knowledge beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-volume customer service in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of freight, transportation, and logistics preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Accounts payable experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary phone, email, and chat support for company inbound queues.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with clients to ensure fast, friendly interactions.
• Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify follow-up needs.
• Provide first-contact resolution when troubleshooting inquiries.
• Holistically review client accounts, pending invoices and payments, A/R aging.
• Assist clients in resolving holds, delays, rejections and disputes and related statuses.
• Train and support clients on company web portals and processes.
• Introduce carriers to payment options and Triumph services.
• Assist carriers through the onboarding process for new clients.
• Maintain quality of service scores, schedule adherence, and call/ticket management.
• Communicate effectively with team members, debtors, clients and management.
