Qualifications

• High-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of freight, transportation, or logistics is a plus.
• Accounts payable experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary phone, email, and chat support for inbound queues.
• Engage with clients to ensure fast, friendly, and frictionless interactions.
• Identify customer needs and follow up for issue resolution.
• Assist clients with onboarding and using web portals and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client information.
• Strive for high quality of service scores and timely responses.
