Job summary

Bartholomew & Company seeks a Client Experience Specialist to lead client service workflows and support advisor teams in Worcester, MA. The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive client communication, and high-quality service delivery across account administration and reporting.

The CES will oversee advanced account administration, coordinate with custodians, and develop team capabilities while ensuring compliance with firm policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Preferred)
• 3–5 years of financial services and/or client service experience
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage complex client service workflows across advisor teams
• Serve as escalation point for challenging client service issues
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding service matters and account needs
• Oversee complex transactions including transfers, account updates, and operational requests
• Prepare reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) and client reviews
• Mentor junior service team members and promote best practices
