Job summary

Prime Capital Financial is seeking a client service professional to support advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience in Hartford. You will independently handle client inquiries, process account maintenance, and ensure accurate, compliant execution of servicing tasks.

You will build strong client relationships, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare new accounts and follow up on deliverables, while balancing competing priorities across advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of financial services or client service experience.
• Strong knowledge of account servicing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage client inquiries and service requests.
• Process account maintenance, including money movements and distributions
• Prepare and review new account documentation
• Maintain compliance logs and required documentation
• Support advisors with client deliverables and follow-ups
