We're looking for an energetic, outgoing Client Experience Specialist to join our Pure Barre team! This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by sales goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome members and new clients with exceptional customer service
• Build relationships and create a positive studio experience
• Introduce prospective clients to our memberships and help them find the best fit
• Meet sales goals through genuine conversations and relationship-building
• Answer calls, texts, emails, and complete sales related tasks on our CRM system ClubReady
• Help keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming

• Comfortable working toward sales goals
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and building community
• Organized, dependable, and a strong communicator
• Comfortable hearing “not right now” and continuing conversations with confidence
• ClubReady Experience is a plus

Schedule:

• Primarily afternoon and evening shifts
• Some daytime availability preferred
• Weekend availability required

Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but personality, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
