Position details: PT, Mon-Sun, minimum of 2 shifts per week, flexible shifts between 5:30am-8pm, hourly + commission & monthly bonus, free gym membership, discount on merchandise.

Pure Barre is a leader in barre fitness with over 500 franchise locations across the US and Canada. We provide an empowering environment focused on community, support, motivation, and health. We are expanding and seeking a qualified Sales Representative to drive sales, provide excellent service, and foster community engagement. This role involves daily client interaction and community building.

Position:

The Sales Representative will assist the General Manager in new membership sales by engaging potential members, building relationships, and guiding them through the sales process. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering outstanding customer service. Prior boutique fitness experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
• Conduct facility tours, understanding client goals and needs
• Book appointments to meet sales targets
• Participate in promotional events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events)
• Develop selling skills
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Take photos for social media
• Light cleaning of retail area, studio, and restrooms

Requirements:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with a proven sales record in memberships, retail, or training
• Self-motivated, proactive
• Ability to learn ClubReady software and other computer skills
• Strong communication skills (in person, phone, email)
• Organized with multi-tasking ability
