Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. The role requires excellent communication across multiple platforms and the ability to organize and track many tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in the securities industry, strong CRM and Excel skills, and a proactive approach to assisting advisors and branch staff with client service and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required with securities industry experience preferred.
• 1+ years securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience, education, and training as approved by HR.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-volume client interactions via phone, in person, email and mailings.
• Supports Financial Advisors and branch staff with critical administrative tasks.
• Processes client transactions and prepares expense reports and documentation for submission.
• Opens new client accounts and verifies client information in internal systems.
• Generates letters, forms and reports to support client servicing and prospecting.
• Maintains client records using CRM software and updates client data.
• Assists with marketing events and client-facing seminars as needed.
