Staffmark Group is hiring a Client Experience Specialist in Anoka, MN. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer care to homeowners during restoration, handling inbound and outbound calls, and maintaining accurate job data in company software.

A high school diploma is required, with additional training in sales, business, or communications beneficial. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed, and hourly pay of $18.00 to $20.00.

Qualifications

• Additional education or training in sales, business, communications, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Client Experience Specialist by providing exceptional customer care to homeowners throughout the restoration process
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients, vendors, and insurance adjusters
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate job information within company software systems
• Provide customer support by explaining services, timelines, project updates, and next steps
• Assist with claims support activities, including coordinating paperwork between clients, insurance carriers, and field crews
• Follow up with leads and clients to maintain strong client relations and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks in a fast-paced team environment
