Job summary

24Restore in Minnesota is seeking a Project Manager to lead disaster-response projects, coordinate customer meetings, and drive project success from intake to completion.

You'll manage scopes, purchase orders, contracts, milestones, and material selection while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A valid driver's license and willingness to relocate to Anoka, MN are required. The role offers a Monday–Friday day schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Anoka, MN.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers after disaster related situations.

• Prepare project scopes (Construction experience not needed)
• Prepare projects Purchase Orders
• Initiate and keep up to date contracts with the customer
• Milestone planning of overall project.
• Assist customer in selecting building materials

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Meet with customers after disaster related situations.
