Responsibilities

• Serves a high volume of daily client interactions by phone, in person, and virtually.
• Provides crucial support to financial advisors and branch staff.
• Processes client financial transactions and prepares financial reports.
• Opens new client accounts and researches client data in internal systems.
• Maintains accurate paperwork and documentation prior to submission.
• Prepares letters, forms and client-related reports.
