Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one year or more securities industry experience preferred.
• Experience with client service and administrative tasks in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of daily client interactions by phone, email, in person or virtually.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and branch staff.
• Process client financial transactions and prepare reports using CRM and other systems.
• Open new client accounts and maintain accurate client documentation.
