Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support client relationships, process requests, onboard new accounts, and ensure documentation is current while upholding firm policies.

You will collaborate with Financial Advisors to develop business plans, manage client communications, and assist with marketing efforts and event planning, while maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) are preferred.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/Equivalency required.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and timely requests processing.
• Identify firm services and digital offerings suitable for clients’ needs.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, including documentation and risk assessments.
• Input client orders and discuss reinvestment options with Financial Advisors.
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for client meetings.
• Partner with Financial Advisors to develop business plans and deliver client service models.
• Support marketing strategies and client events.
