Job summary

The Ward Law Group is a leading personal injury law firm known for its award-winning culture and client‑first approach.

We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish client services associate to handle inbound and outbound calls, document interactions in Litify, and perform proactive follow‑ups as cases progress. This is a 40‑hour weekly, independent contractor role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in customer service; call center or case management preferred.
• Comfort using case-management systems and learning new technology.

Responsibilities

• Professionally assist clients via inbound and outbound calls and approved channels.
• Conduct welcome, courtesy, and proactive follow-up calls based on case stage.
• Document client interactions and escalations in Litify and approved systems.

Qualifications:

Compensation & Schedule:

• Full-time availability required for a 40-hour workweek with two days off.
• Compensation is USD 1000 - USD 1700 monthly as an independent contractor.
• Paid time off and healthcare benefits are not provided.
