Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalency required or equivalent.
• College degree preferred; industry experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA), or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and support client relationships.
• Assist with administrative tasks and prepare materials for client meetings using firm approved systems.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and manage calendar, travel, and expense reports.
• Assist with data entry for new accounts and financial planning per direction of the FA/PWA.
