Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Minnesota is seeking a Client Relationship Analyst to provide daily client support to Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. You will handle routine client interactions, process money movements, and assist teams with account administration using firm-approved systems.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset. You will help with scheduling, document prep, digital tool enrollment, and preparation of meeting materials,

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support FA/PWA/team by cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Process money movements and respond to client inquiries.
• Educate clients on digital tools like MSOnline, eSign, and eAuthorization.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and assist with research.
• Assist with data entry for key client needs and new account openings.
• Support marketing efforts and data entry for client needs.
