Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client services or an administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (writing samples required).
• Above-average proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems a plus.
• Background in financial services a plus.
• Strong ability to coordinate across team members and deliver results accurately and on time.
• Willingness to act as an ambassador for the firm with clients and in the broader community.

Responsibilities

• Client Operations: Manage and execute processes for new accounts, transfers, money movement, and account maintenance.
• Client Management: Deliver on client needs and objectives, build strong client relationships.
• Administration: Assist in general office administration and firm-wide projects across client services, operations, and planning.
• CRM & Technology: Maintain client records in the CRM and use analytics to improve client service processes.
